At Alaska Milk Corporation, we’ve been nourishing Filipino families for generations. Now, we’re looking for a Channel Development Manager to accelerate our growth in wholesale and cash‑and‑carry channels.

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for these key channels, ensuring Alaska products are accessible, visible, and competitive across distributor and partner networks that serve sari‑sari stores and small businesses.

What you’ll do:

Drive Channel Growth

  • Lead sales and distribution strategies for wholesale and cash‑and‑carry accounts
  • Expand reach to better serve sari-sari stores, small retailers, and MSMEs
  • Translate business goals into strong, actionable channel plans

Lead Trade Programs

  • Design and execute trade promotions and pricing strategies tailored to these channels
  • Monitor performance and optimize programs to maximize ROI

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Manage relationships with key wholesale and cash‑and‑carry customers
  • Work closely with distributors to ensure consistent execution on the ground

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and seamless execution
  • Align forecasts and promotional plans with operational capabilities

Own Performance & Insights

  • Track sales, distribution, and execution metrics
  • Use data to continuously improve strategies and deliver results

What We Ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of FMCG experience, with strong exposure to wholesale or cash‑and‑carry accounts
  • Deep understanding of General Trade and sari-sari store ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in trade promotions and pricing strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Filipino and English
