This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and commercial operations, ensuring our Distributor Management Systems (DMS) are effectively implemented, governed, and optimised to support our sustained business growth. With a focus on improving the Order-to-Cash processes, sales execution, and overall business performance, you will contribute directly to streamlining operations and elevating the service experience for our valued distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Systems & Digital Solutions Management: Lead the implementation, adoption, and continuous optimisation of DMS and other digital platforms within our distributor ecosystem. Ensure standardised processes, compliance with operational guidelines, and robust system utilisation to foster efficiency and accuracy.
  • Business Process Excellence: Identify process inefficiencies and leverage technology-enabled solutions to enhance operational workflows, increase productivity, and elevate service levels. Champion initiatives that automate tasks and reduce manual intervention.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial, IT, Finance, HR, and distributor partners. Facilitate requirements gathering, system testing, user training, and smooth rollout of new tools and system updates. Manage multiple digital transformation projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Global IT Project Stewardship: Actively contribute to global IT projects by partnering with the DMS2.0 Centre of Excellence Lead, integrating global best practices and innovations in distributor management and digital solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Systems Implementation, or Process Improvement, preferably within consumer goods or related sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash cycles, sales operations, and effective distributor management practices.
  • Proficient experience with Distributor Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Sales Force Automation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with Power BI and data analytics tools is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Filipino are required to engage with internal teams and external partners across the Philippines.

Job Description Footer:  This role is part of the IT Commerce Team of Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) and the DMS 2.0 Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting both local and global digital transformation initiatives across FrieslandCampina's distributor landscape.As a Business IT Analyst, you will drive distributor systems excellence, business process optimization, and digital capability adoption across the distributor network. You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and distributor partners to strengthen commercial execution and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.In addition to local business initiatives, you will contribute to global IT projects under the DMS 2.0 CoE, partnering with regional and global stakeholders to standardize processes, implement scalable solutions, and share best practices across markets. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, delivering data-driven and practical solutions that enhance productivity, compliance, and commercial performance.
