At Alaska Milk Corporation, we are committed to nourishing Filipino families with high-quality dairy nutrition. We are looking for a Business IT Analyst who will play a critical role in bridging business and technology to deliver impactful digital and process solutions.
This role leads the design, implementation, and adoption of distributor systems across the network, ensuring strong system utilization, efficient processes, and continuous improvement. The role supports end-to-end Order-to-Cash and primary sales processes while driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, compliance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Systems Excellence
- Lead the deployment and adoption of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) across distributors
- Ensure strong compliance and effective system usage to support daily operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize distributor processes
Business Process Ownership
- Own and improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash and primary sales processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency across sales operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Digital, HR, Sales Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver projects
- Work closely with Zone GMs, Sales Capability, and distributor partners to align priorities
- Support rollout of digital tools and capabilities across the organization
Data & Insights Driven Execution
- Leverage data to monitor system performance and drive actionable insights
- Support decision-making through reporting, analytics, and process visibility
Operational Impact
- Improve service levels, order accuracy, and distributor performance
- Support business growth through scalable and practical solutions
What We Ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or systems implementation (FMCG is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, Order-to-Cash, and distributor operations
- Experience with ERP/DMS systems and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive execution
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- Fluent in Filipino and English
