Alaska Milk Corporation is looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our Creams Business, while also supporting the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth for Alaska Classic & Creams. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand strategy, accelerating consumer engagement, and delivering strong market performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Job Description: 

At Alaska Milk Corporation, we are proud of our heritage of nourishing Filipino families with trusted dairy nutrition. We are looking for a Brand Manager who will take the lead in building strong, relevant, and impactful brands that drive sustainable growth.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end brand strategy—from planning and innovation to execution and performance tracking—while working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

What you’ll do:

Drive Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and key initiatives
  • Translate consumer insights into impactful strategies that grow market share and brand equity

Lead Innovation & Renovation

  • Manage new product development projects from concept to launch
  • Ensure successful execution of innovations aligned with consumer needs and business objectives

Manage Budgets & Performance

  • Oversee A&P budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and strong ROI
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape

Build Insight-Driven Campaigns

  • Work with creative, media, and research agencies to deliver compelling campaigns
  • Champion strong, consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business targets
  • Ensure seamless execution of initiatives across functions

Drive Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze campaign and business performance data
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommend improvements for future initiatives

What We Ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG or similar industries
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment
  • Passion for building brands that positively impact Filipino families and communities
