Now, we're looking for a driven and analytical Demand Planner to join our Europe Customer Supply Chain team, with a special focus on the UK & Ireland market.

As a Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in forecasting demand and shaping the future of our supply chain. You’ll combine your analytical expertise with a commercial mindset to drive accurate, data-based demand planning that supports both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will:

•    Lead the 24-month demand planning cycle for the UK & Ireland business
•    Generate statistical forecasts and incorporate business intelligence into planning
•    Align demand plans with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
•    Translate commercial activities into accurate forecasts (e.g., product launches, promotions, contracts)
•    Monitor and improve KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Service Levels, and Waste Reduction
•    Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
•    Prepare and contribute to monthly S&OP meetings
•    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our demand planning processes

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You have:

o    A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain or a Commercial field) with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years
o    A strong commercial mindset and customer focus
o    Solid knowledge of SAP and other planning tools; familiarity with OMP is a plus
o    Excellent analytical skills—Power BI experience is a bonus
o    A proactive, pragmatic approach with the confidence to challenge the status quo
o    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset

Salary: gross £52-56K

Office Based Contract: 50% inoffice attendance

Bonus: Up to 12.5% annual bonus

Pension: Up to 13.7% employer contribution (age-dependent)
