We are looking for an end‑to‑end FMCG marketer with a strong execution bias—someone who has personally taken brands from idea to in‑market impact. This is a hands-on role for a marketer with strong commercial judgement, who gains energy from execution rather than abstraction.
The role combines direct ownership of delivery with the responsibility to coach and manage a small marketing team, ensuring speed, focus, and consistently high standards. Success comes from making clear choices, working closely with commercial teams, and delivering measurable business results in a fast‑moving environment.
You are a hands‑on, execution‑driven marketer who thrives in lean, high‑accountability environments. You combine commercial sharpness with creativity and are comfortable operating close to the work rather than above it.

Commercial & Portfolio Management

Apply a strong P&L lens to marketing choices, understanding impact on volume, value, margin, and mix
Manage portfolio choices, including pricing architecture, mix optimisation, and trade‑offs across brands and segments
Translate consumer needs into effective execution across channels, customers, and shelf
Sales Partnership
Act as a strong, credible partner to Sales
Work closely with Commercial leadership, Category Management, and Trade Marketing
Play an active role in joint business planning
Constructively challenge and align with Sales to drive shared outcomes
Team Leadership
Coach, manage, and develop a small marketing team
Set clear priorities, standards, and ways of working
Ensure strong execution quality while building capability and accountability within the team
