What we ask

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Production Planning, Scheduling, or Supply Chain role
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP processes, and scheduling methodologies
• Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing environments with a high SKU complexity is highly preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Be able to professionally communicate in English and Spanish

Vacancy description

• Develop and maintain weekly and daily production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and plant capacity
• Plan production batches, determine quantities to be produced, and ensure timely execution of the production plan
• Coordinate raw material requirements to guarantee uninterrupted production
• Balance demand and supply while maximizing asset and equipment utilization
• Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Demand Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate planning and execution
• Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, operational efficiency, and resource utilization
• Maintain and update master data for materials and finished products within ERP systems
• Analyze production constraints and proactively address scheduling challenges and supply risks
