What we ask

Studies: 

• Higher Vocational Training in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM) or Web Application Development (DAW)
• Highly valued: Higher Vocational Training in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) or  University degree in Computer Engineering or a related fields

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar technical role， with sufficient autonomy to manage daily technical tasks
  Knowledge of .NET / C# development
• Understanding of databases， including querying and basic maintenance
• Basic knowledge of server management and technical environments
• Experience or familiarity with support ticket management for users or clients
• Experience in corrective and evolutionary application maintenance is a plus

Skills: 

• Strong ability to analyze， diagnose， and resolve incidents
• Strong organizational and priorization skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions
• Ability to balance development and support activities in daily work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in both English and Spanish
