This is what you’ll experience when you embark on this opportunity. In this role you will be commercially responsible for multiple McDonald’s markets within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) EU team.
You will develop & own the account plans and buildup strong customer relationships in order to grow business in the categories Ice & Shake, cream and meat replacement. This includes agreeing pricing and building links to fellow suppliers and customer’s logistic service providers. You will lead the key account’s cross-functional account team(s) (Marketing, QA, Customer Care, Logistics, Finance etc.) and enable its individual members to build direct customer relationships themselves.
What we ask
- Master’s degree
- Proven track record in commercial roles with at least 3 years working experience
- Strong customer and national account management capabilities with a structured and analytical mindset
- Commercial Acumen including experience in pricing & contract negotiations
- Experience in Foodservice/National Accounts and/or Quick Service Restaurant business is an advantage
- Languages: full professional proficiency in English (Dutch not necessary)
- Job requires strong entrepreneurial skills, winning mentality and agility
- Job requires influencing skills in a multi-cultural, multi-country, multi-disciplinary environment
- Job requires travelling (approx. 20%)

As for the employment benefits:
- Salary between €4480,- and €6078,- per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
- Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

Key responsibility areas:
- Customer experience; end to end customer experience facilitating multi-disciplinary collaboration and relationship building between the wider QSR FCP team and our customer(s)
- Business; annual volume and profitability delivery as well as opening up new business opportunities
- Pricing/Nego; close (annual) pricing agreements with McDonald’s markets
- Strategic Planning; Analysis of customer and channel trends and development of Account Plans and Joint Business Plans
- S&OP Planning; lead and own forecast, factory utilization and overall S&OP process supported by Customer Supply Chain
