The role is responsible for budget planning and management, SOP enhancement, cross-functional coordination, audit and ICF compliance, and delivering high-quality customer service while supporting the achievement of organizational and business objectives.
Description de poste:
The Senior Customer Services Manager is responsible for leading customer service operations by ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies. The role includes budget planning and management, developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), overseeing customer appointment processes, and monitoring budget utilization in accordance with approved SOPs and authorization levels. The position ensures close cross-functional alignment and effective coordination with internal departments to support seamless operations, resolve departmental matters, and achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Internal Control Framework (ICF) requirements within sales functions, facilitating successful internal and external audits, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

This position reports to the Head of Sales Operations – Dairy. To ensure the effective execution of all functional responsibilities and business objectives, the role is supported by a dedicated team structured to facilitate efficient operations, cross-functional coordination, and the successful delivery of departmental goals.Qualifications, Experience & Competencies: MBA, MPA, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 8–10 years of progressive experience in customer services, sales operations, or sales support, including managerial responsibilities. The incumbent should possess a sound understanding of sales management practices, customer service operations, budget planning and control, SOP development, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational capabilities, coupled with excellent follow-up, coordination, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, foster cross-functional collaboration, support senior management in strategic and operational initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.Position is HO-Karachi Based.
