To execute the aligned customer & strategy business plan in a profitable and sustainable way for the assigned customers
1. Commercial Management
• Be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company sales allocation.
• Assist Key Account Manager (KAM) in developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP), Trade Terms negotiation, and customer credit management.
• Support KAM in implementing E-commerce strategies for FCV brands, including pricing management, SKU optimization, and sales channel development.
• Coordinate closely with marketplace stakeholders, agencies, and internal Marketing teams to ensure effective sales execution and campaign performance.
• Monitor sales performance and provide insights/recommendations to drive business growth across E-commerce platforms.
2. Operational Excellence
• In charge of operational performance, including backend fulfillment and customer service quality.
• Handle commercial and operational documentation such as contracts, service acceptance reports, and payment processes.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and submit reports as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
3. Other tasks: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
