Are you ready to lead sales growth and strengthen distributor partnerships in one of Indonesia's most promising eastern markets? As Area Sales Manager – General Trade for Manokwari, you will drive sales volume, expand distribution reach, and build a stronger Frisian Flag Indonesia presence across the area. This role is part of the Sales team, based in Manokwari, Papua Barat.

Stellenbeschreibung: 

As Area Sales Manager for General Trade in Manokwari, you will be at the heart of our commercial operations — leading distributor partnerships, driving sales targets, and expanding Frisian Flag Indonesia's footprint across the area.
Key responsibilities:

- Own and deliver sales volume and productivity targets for the Manokwari area
- Manage and develop distributor relationships and field sales teams
- Expand distribution reach — identifying white spaces and new outlet opportunities
- Monitor promotion and program execution to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Track competitor activity and market dynamics, translating insights into action

What we ask

- Bachelor's degree, any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within a multinational FMCG company
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a high drive for results
- Data-savvy — comfortable using numbers and market data to guide decisions
- Holds a valid SIM A driving license
- Based in or willing to relocate to Manokwari, with openness to future assignments across Indonesia
