As logistics & inventory Controller, you are the key financial partner for the Logistics team supporting our Pasar Rebo and Cikarang operations.You provide financial support across Distribution & Selling (D&S) expenses and inventory. You ensure that financial considerations are embedded in operational and strategic decisions, helping the business improve logistics efficiency, optimize inventory levels and working capital, and deliver sustainable cost improvements.

This role goes beyond financial reporting. You are expected to challenge performance, identify opportunities, provide forward-looking insights, and translate operational developments into clear financial implications and actions.In this role, success means:
- Logistics decisions are supported by clear and fact-based financial insights.
- D&S cost drivers are transparent, understood and actively managed.
- Inventory forecasts become more reliable and inventory risks are identified early.
- Working capital is optimized without compromising service or operational continuity.
- Savings and improvement initiatives are translated into measurable financial impact.
- Finance is recognized as a proactive and trusted partner by the Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
