Drive revenue and margin growth by providing fact-based, actionable insights and recommendations across pricing, promotion, assortment and mix, and trade investment.
Key activities include:
• Monitor and analyse performance drivers (price, volume, mix) and translate findings into clear commercial recommendations.
• Support pricing decisions, identifying leakage, and evaluating pricing scenarios by customer/channel.
• Support promotion effectiveness initiatives through insights & evaluation for various objectives eg. ROI, cannibalisation, stock-up, and profitability impact; recommend optimisation actions.
• Support pack-price architecture (PPA) and assortment/mix optimisation by assessing price ladders, pack roles, margin, and shopper impact by using analytical lenses e.g. price ladders, incentive curve, etc. as well as margin & customer/shopper implications (i.e. value chain)
• Build and maintain simple scenario models and/or tools and business cases for commercial initiatives (pricing changes, promo plans, mix shifts, trade investment reallocation).
• Ensure data quality and a single source of truth for RGM performance metrics by aligning definitions and inputs across functions.
