Job Description:  • Achieve primary and secondary sales volume and value targets for the assigned territory while ensuring consistent product availability and maintaining strong business partner ROI.• Drive effective field execution by improving key distribution KPIs, including outlet productivity, new outlet inductions, key outlet development, and optimized drop size.• Plan, prepare, and manage monthly sales budgets for distributors, ensuring cost efficiency, profitability, and sustainable ROI.• Manage key Food Service channels including HoReCa, Business & Industry, HELT, and Armed Forces segments to ensure strong market coverage and business expansion.• Monitor competitor activity and category movements (MIR), ensuring timely reporting of market insights and intelligence to management through structured daily reporting systems.• Lead field sales operations to achieve annual business objectives through effective execution of distribution strategy and route-to-market KPIs, while safeguarding distributor profitability and ROI.• Ensure strict compliance with all distribution and warehouse SOPs to maintain operational discipline, efficiency, and governance standards.
Job Description Footer:  • Out of Home (OOH) Sales Department, is responsible for driving Food Service and institutional business growth. • Covers key channels including HoReCa, Business & Industry, HELT, and Armed Forces segments. • Team structure includes Territory Sales Managers, OOH Manager–North, and reporting to National Manager.
