- Preferably MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales in any related industry or similar industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong Sales mindset
Vacancy Description:
- Business Value & Volume Achievement:
- Achieving area wise / distributor wise / brand wise assigned targets.
- Value and Volume targets are assigned at the start of the year and may change during course of time subject to the change in corporate plan.
- Distributor/Business Partner Management:
- Make distributor profitable by sustainable growth that supports company’s objective.
- Maintain the effective route planning with frequency, load capacity, PJP settings etc. to minimize operational cost & build distribution efficacy.
- Managing the distribution field sales teams & follow up on sales KPIs.
- Distribution development:
- Increase weighted and numeric distribution in assigned area.
- Handle the Field team for development of brands in market through availability – identification of sales gaps & devise plan to capture the business opportunities.
- Development of Retail Audit insightful read on the volume and share.
- Trade Programs Execution:
- General Trade Expansion & Execution
- Perfect Store Program
- Wholesale Loyalty Program
- Sub-Distributors program
