Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the RTR Indirect Tax team in administrative and operational tasks, including the preparation of indirect tax returns (GST, VAT, and other tax returns).
- Support clearing activities and tax reconciliations in ERP systems.
- Assist in the validation of invoices, identify discrepancies, and support corrective actions to improve data accuracy and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day support activities.
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed deadlines and propose solutions where appropriate.
- Learn and adhere to company policies while adapting to the working environment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced finance and tax environment.
