Do you have a passion for building commercial playbooks and implementing best practices across the world in commerce to achieve better business results? This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain both Learning and Development and commercial work experience in the FMCG industry, together with colleagues from different departments and disciplines.
Description de poste:
What you will do
The role will drive the process of developing, planning and rolling-out commercial playbooks such as best operating procedures both offline and online, pricing, promotions etc.
- Planning: Developing a detailed project plan that outlines the timeline, milestones, and deliverables for the commercial playbook
- Content Development: Gather reference materials and insights as input to content development
- Collaboration: Coordinating closely with different country teams and learning agency partner in the content development of the commercial playbook in the digital platform and ensure materials are provided to the agency on time and in full,
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the progress of the projects, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the project’s quality and timely delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Gathering feedback from our teams to continuously improve and update the materials.
What we are looking for
- You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change.
- Someone who likes to be in an international environment, therefore it’s important that you’re fluent in English.
- You are a team player with a positive can-do mindset, eagerness to learn and strong analytical skills
- Energetic team player with a hands-on mentality
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Bachelor/ Master education or 3rd / 4th year; Bachelor level within a relevant study (Marketing, Business Management)
- International experience is a plus
- Proactive, self-starter, output focused
- Available as soon as possible
