As a Global Engineering & Technology Trainee, you will work on impactful engineering and technology projects that support manufacturing performance, asset reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to different areas of Engineering & Technology, including Maintenance, Project Engineering, Operational Technology, Reliability, Utilities, and Manufacturing Excellence.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn from experienced leaders, and take ownership of projects that contribute to business priorities while accelerating your personal and professional development.
This multi-year development program is designed to build future engineering leaders by combining challenging assignments, structured learning, international exposure, and continuous coaching.
What we ask
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- Maximum 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong academic track record
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
