As GDBS Trainee, you will contribute to the global ambitions of FrieslandCampina GDBS (Global Data & Business Services), where technology, data, and business operations come together to drive transformation across the company. GDBS delivers critical services in areas such as IT, Data & Analytics, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Employee Services, and other global business functions.  

During your rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in improving end-to-end processes, leveraging data and AI to drive better decisions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives that create value across the organization. Digital Business Analyst 

Are you curious about blending physical and virtual worlds to unlock innovative possibilities? As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work across FrieslandCampina, introducing digital solutions to solve existing business challenges. Your role may include analyzing business problems, participating in customer journey mapping, applying structured problem-solving methods, working in agile teams, and advising through design thinking approaches. 

Service Delivery Manager 

Do you enjoy connecting people, processes, and performance? As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll help ensure that global business services are delivered efficiently and continuously improved. Your role may include monitoring service performance, managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience of internal customers.
