What we Ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Military Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in corporate security, risk management, law enforcement, military, or a similar security leadership role
- Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, crisis management, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing security service providers and coordinating with law enforcement agencies
- Proven ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and business continuity plans
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and people management skills
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an added advantage

Vacancy Description

Strategy & Policy:
Develops and implements security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company assets, employees, and operations. Ensures compliance with company standards and government regulations while promoting security awareness across the organization. -
Security Operations & Site Protection:
Oversees the security of FrieslandCampina WAMCO’s assets, facilities, and personnel. Conducts security audits, manages access control, enforces site regulations, and provides security support across business operations. -
Risk Management & Emergency Preparedness:
Identifies site vulnerabilities and implements mitigation measures. Establishes emergency response procedures, supports business continuity initiatives, and provides travel advisories and journey management guidance for employees. -
Stakeholder & Law Enforcement Management:
Builds and maintains effective relationships with security service providers, law enforcement agencies, and relevant external stakeholders to ensure adequate security support and regulatory compliance. -
Investigations:
Leads investigations into security incidents, theft, fraud, property loss, misconduct, and other violations. Provides recommendations for corrective and disciplinary actions to mitigate risks and strengthen controls. -
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Leads and develops the security team through coaching, training, performance management, and continuous capability development to ensure operational effectiveness and high performance. -
Planning & Budget Management:
Develops annual security plans and budgets aligned with business objectives. Monitors security expenditures and ensures resources are utilized effectively to address business security priorities. -
Management Reporting:
Provides timely updates and reports to management on security risks, incidents, compliance, investigations, and improvement initiatives to support informed decision-making.
