The role oversees internal communications, corporate branding, corporate events, stakeholder engagement, front office management, and special projects to enhance the company’s reputation, culture, and employee experience.

Vacancy Description
1. Corporate Identity Management:
Drive adherence to FrieslandCampina WAMCO's corporate identity standards and ensure consistency across all branded materials, corporate gifts, digital assets, and communication platforms.
2. Internal Communications:
Develop and execute internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, strengthen company culture, and improve information flow across all locations and functions.
3. Content Development & Digital Communications:
Manage internal communication platforms including the intranet, newsletters, TV screens, and digital channels. Develop compelling content, leadership messaging, and communication campaigns that support business objectives.
4. Corporate Events & Employee Engagement:
Plan and coordinate internal and corporate events, ensuring they support employee engagement, reinforce company values, and strengthen the organization's reputation.
5. Front Office Management:
Oversee front office operations to ensure a professional, welcoming, and positive experience for employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
6. Corporate Memberships & Stakeholder Engagement:
Manage relationships with corporate associations and industry bodies, ensuring active participation and alignment with company objectives.
7. Special Projects & Change Communications:
Provide communications support for strategic projects and organizational initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
8. Communications Measurement & Reporting:
Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to enhance communication outcomes.
This position reports to the Corporate Communications Manager and will collaborates closely with HR, Marketing, Commercial, external agencies, corporate associations, media partners, and front office personnel.
