What we Ask
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in Project Management, Commercialization, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Product Development within FMCG
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading innovation launches, portfolio changes, and commercialization initiatives
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business case development, budgeting, and project governance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of digital project management tools and portfolio management systems is an advantage
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage

Vacancy Description
1. Project Management:
Lead medium-sized projects including New Product Development (NPD), tenders, market expansions, product redesigns, contingency initiatives, and innovation-related CAPEX projects. Manage projects end-to-end from initiation through implementation and handover.
2. Commercialization Excellence:
Drive cross-functional readiness across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to ensure successful product launches. Monitor launch milestones, service levels, inventory health, and post-launch performance.
3. Product & Portfolio Management:
Coordinate product and SKU changes across the portfolio, including pack extensions, value engineering projects, export readiness initiatives, and product enhancements.
4. Risk & Contingency Management:
Conduct risk assessments across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, importation, and regulatory processes. Develop mitigation plans and proactively manage risks to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Regulatory & Compliance Management:
Coordinate regulatory readiness activities, including product registrations, artwork approvals, compliance reviews, and statutory requirements to ensure launch readiness.
6. Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships across functions and business units, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Influence stakeholders and drive decision-making throughout project execution.
7. Reporting & Governance:
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting processes. Provide regular updates on project performance, milestones, risks, costs, and outcomes in line with project management standards.
8. Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure accountability, collaboration, and successful execution against agreed objectives.
9. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization:
Drive adoption of best-practice project management methodologies, digital tools, and performance analytics to improve project governance, predictability, and execution excellence.
