We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded Insights Manager to lead the Insights function across MENA. This role goes beyond traditional reporting and requires a candidate who can translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. The successful candidate will work in a matrix environment, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, CCD, and senior leadership teams. They will be responsible for leading category development initiatives, managing consumer and shopper research, ensuring data integrity across multiple sources, and driving KPI performance tracking. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and the confidence to influence decision-making at senior levels. It is a high-visibility position with significant impact on business strategy and performance.
The Insights Manager is part of the MENA Marketing organization and operates in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, CCD, Finance, and Supply Chain teams across multiple markets. The position operates within a matrix structure, reporting to one direct line manager and two indirect line managers, and is responsible for managing 5–10 external research and data agencies across the region. The team is fast-paced, commercially driven, and focused on delivering actionable insights that directly impact business performance.
