- Deep expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), especially in talent & rewards modules and processes (e.g. compensation, variable pay, performance mgt, etc).
- Proven project management skills and experience working in agile teams.
- Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive strategic digital innovation from concept to global implementation.
- Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 (WO) – 7 (HBO) years in digital HR roles, with a focus on rewards, HR systems management, agile working, (senior) stakeholder management, and supporting change programs.

Vacancy description
As a Digital Expert Talent & Rewards, you will:
- Lead the digitalization and optimization of rewards processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance across 30+ countries.
- Manage and enhance HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow), with a strong focus on rewards modules and data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders (CoE’s and Capability pools) to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement digital initiatives.
- Drive innovative topics such as employee benefit platform and other digital rewards strategies.
- Be a key digital expert in our agile project team, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on digital HR trends, best practices, and change management.
You will be part of FrieslandCampina’s global digital HR team, working in an agile, cross-functional environment with HR professionals, IT specialists, and business partners.
