What we ask
To be successful in this position, you have:
• A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with forecasting and/or supply chain/logistics, preferably in an FMCG/Food environment
• Willingness to understand forecasting models and their impact
• Experience with planning tools (such as OMP), ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• The ability to adapt your message to different cultures and market types
• The ability to challenge constructively while maintaining strong relationships
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset
• A proactive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
• Fluency in English, Spanish or Italian is considered a plus

Vacancy description
In this position, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and improving the demand plan across operational and tactical horizons in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams. You will translate business dynamics such as promotions, seasonality, new product introductions, and market trends into accurate forecasts while analyzing and challenging commercial inputs to ensure high-quality planning.
You will lead the monthly demand review process within the S&OP cycle, manage demand and supply alignment, and monitor key KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, and waste reduction. In addition, you will provide analyses and reporting to support decision-making, collaborate with supply points on product availability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Demand Planning and Supply Chain strategy.
