This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic matrix organization by overseeing spare parts ordering and inventory management while ensuring operational excellence.

Your mechanical aptitude, supported by at least two years of relevant hands-on experience and preferably a four-year degree in Mechatronics or a related field, will enable you to thrive in this demanding role. You will play a vital part in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations by coordinating timely procurement of spare parts and preparing work initiatives that support continuous production uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the ordering, tracking, and inventory control of spare parts to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, maintenance, and production units, within a matrix organizational structure to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data analysis relating to spare parts inventory levels, order statuses, and budgeting forecasts.
• Utilize strong project management skills to support and execute maintenance and operational improvement projects.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand organizational needs, communicate status updates, and escalate concerns while demonstrating a commercial mindset aligned with company objectives.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing effective solutions.
• Organize and prioritize workload independently, managing multiple tasks with a proactive and self-supporting attitude while remaining a valuable team player.
• Apply system and analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Mechanically inclined professional with hands-on experience in spare parts ordering and inventory management, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Comfort working in a complex, fast-paced matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships effectively and foster collaboration.
• Strong commercial awareness paired with project management and execution capabilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cooperatively across various departments and levels of the organization.
