Job Description Header: 

The Warehouse Operator supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory control, proper material handling, and timely support of production and shipping requirements while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards. 

Job Description: 

Position Type: Full-time, Hourly 

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished goods according to procedures 

  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy 

  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments 

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently 

  • Support material flow to meet production schedules 

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP) 

  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes 

  • Report and investigate inventory discrepancies 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment 

  • Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred 

  • Experience in food or dairy environments is a plus 

  • Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP platforms (SAP preferred) 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
