We are seeking a dedicated Production Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our whey protein and cheese manufacturing facility. This role ensures safe， efficient， and high-quality production while leading and developing a team of production operators.
What we ask
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing， preferably Dairy or Food.
Understanding of whey， dairy， or cheese production processes.
Strong leadership， communication， and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a safety‑first mindset.
Familiarity with GMPs， Food Safety， EPA， OSHA， FDA， USDA standards.
