This role is responsible for operating and cleaning bagging equipment, maintaining a high level of sanitation, and ensuring accurate documentation. Job Description: 

The Bagging Room Operator is responsible for operating and cleaning bagging equipment while ensuring the production of safe, high‑quality products. This role includes performing critical control point (CCP) checks, collecting and documenting product samples, and maintaining sanitation standards in the bagging room to support a clean‑room‑like environment.

Key responsibilities include operating equipment as directed, recognizing equipment issues and requesting assistance when necessary, completing production and sanitation documentation, and properly handling cleaning compounds. The operator will also support general sanitation throughout the plant and may be cross‑trained on additional processes as needed.

This position requires a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, teamwork, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while working in a physically active production environment.

What We Ask

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to complete a pre‑employment drug screen
