What You'll Do

As a Filtration Operator, you'll safely operate and monitor advanced membrane filtration systems while ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality, food safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specialized filtration equipment used to process dairy ingredients
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and product concentrations throughout production
• Make routine process adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and quality checks accurately
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they impact production
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and communicate operational concerns promptly
• Perform Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures and sanitation activities according to established standards
• Follow all food safety, quality, environmental, and workplace safety requirements
• Support continuous improvement efforts and team production goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food, dairy, beverage, ingredient, or similar process manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Ability to follow written operating procedures and food safety requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic
• Basic computer and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating filtration, evaporation, separation, or other liquid-processing equipment
• Experience working in GMP, SQF, or other regulated food manufacturing environments
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience
• Technical, vocational, or industrial training related to manufacturing operations
• Experience monitoring automated production systems and process controls
