We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Germany.
As a Key Account Manager you will be in charge of maintaining and growing our market share in both volume and profit in a highly competitive local environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy and plan for the German region and defined customer portfolio, which involves setting priorities. These priorities are growing our share of wallet & grow customer penetration. Managing your customer portfolio through a wholesale mechanism is the base of Horeca & Bakery. The relation with these distribution partners is a crucial task you need to execute with a full cross-functional approach (sales, marketing, finance, pricing, etc.). You will also be navigating in a complex region that requires dealing with various local stakeholders and competitive dynamics.
What we ask:
- Bachelor or University degree
- Fluency in German and in English
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in similar functions
- Customer centricity mindset and able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results

- Commercial Acumen: Executing regional strategy that aligns with local market needs & opportunities
