What we ask:

• At least 5-7 years, within in Finance, Commerce or Continuous improvement preferably in dairy;
• Highly proficient in spoken & written English and German languages;
• Proactive, result-oriented and data driven mentality;
• Dare to challenge and eager to learn self starter
• Master degree in (International) Business, Finance or Supply Chain;
• Strong analytical skills, strong social skills, recent proven track record in change management, data drive improvement initiatives
• Excellent social, analytical and influencing skills;

FrieslandCampina Germany is our dedicated Opco for Hard Discount and Traditional Retail, focusing on all German retailers like Lidl, Aldi, Edeka and Rewe. We are known for our brands Frico, Frau Antje, Chocomel and Valess, but we also offer several Private Label products to our German retail customers across Europe. Products like Cheese, Milk, Drinking Yoghurt, Chocolate Milk, Cream, and many others are sold to our customer to help them to deliver the highest quality to their consumer.

This is how your job looks like in a nutshell:

• Continuously improving our Tender process and coordinating the Global Hard discount Tender and German Tender, responsible to manage and oversee all tenders running in our German OpCo;
• Develop and execute weekly commercial drumbeat meeting that ensures full oversight on key commercial KPI’s and enables all parties involved in the sales process to improve performance with a fact based approach
• SPOC BG regarding Commercial Execution
• SPOC to supply Chain for Capacity Allocation
• Responsible for “one voice” to the market and facilitating Sales with key commodity market and competitive insights (production capabilities, market scarcity, over capacity)
• Develop new commercial tools that enable sales to act better and faster in the market such as but not limited to Promo pricing and promo way of working; sustainability maturity models
• Connection to other BG’s and OpCo’s for insights and aligned market approach for PL and Branded to maximize milk valorization.
• Leading End2End cost optimization initiatives
• Leading Strategy into Action process
