In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams, providing financial insights, performance analysis, forecasting, and decision support to drive profitable growth

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
4. Experience in forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and business performance management.
5. Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage

As a Commercial Controlling Analyst / Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting commercial decision making through insightful financial analysis and business partnering. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to monitor business performance, evaluate commercial investments, support pricing decisions, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Your responsibilities will include performance reporting, forecasting, budget management, trade investment analysis, business case development, profitability evaluations, and support for strategic initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capabilities as well as the ability to influence stakeholders through clear and actionable insights.
