As Finance Business Partner Dairy Raw Materials, you play a key role at the heart of FrieslandCampina’s sourcing and valorisation agenda. You combine procurement finance with commercial controlling, working end‑to‑end across the P&L, working capital and intercompany flows. This unique role gives you exposure to strategic buying decisions, milk valorisation and large transformation projects, while partnering closely with Procurement, Operations and Finance teams across our global network.
What We Ask
We are looking for a strong finance professional who brings both analytical depth and business partnering skills.
- At least 8–9 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Procurement Finance or Supply Chain Finance, preferably within FMCG or Manufacturing
- Solid experience with month-end close, P&L forecasting and working capital management
- Proven track record in evaluating cost and working capital saving initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with international OpCos and cross-functional teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
- Experience in driving process improvements and finance transformation
- Basic understanding of intercompany sales and procurement processes
- Proactive, critical and able to challenge the business constructively

Employment benefits:
- Salary between €4,480 and €6,400 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.

Vacancy Description
In this role, you act as the finance business partner for the Dairy Raw Materials Procurement Category Team and the Source-to-Contract (S2C) Operations team. What makes this position unique is the combination of procurement finance activities with commercial controlling, driven by intercompany sales from the Netherlands entity (Principal) to other RFC entities and the strong link to Milk Valorisation.
You are responsible for managing the full end-to-end financial picture, including P&L ownership, working capital, price forecasting and intercompany execution. You actively challenge buying decisions and ensure financial discipline across sourcing activities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as finance representative in quotation meetings, challenging procurement decisions
- Driving efficiency and improvement projects, ensuring financial governance and controls
- Evaluating saving initiatives related to Dairy Raw Materials
- Forecasting future dairy raw material prices and sharing insights with RFC OpCos
- Driving finance process improvements within Dairy Raw Materials
- Handling ad hoc analyses and data requests from OpCos, GBDS and internal stakeholders
- Executing month-end close activities, including actuals, forecast and outlook for P&L and working capital
- Tracking intercompany receivables and overdue positions
- Preparing the monthly KPI scorecard for Dairy Raw Materials Procurement
- Liaising with GBDS teams in Budapest and Kuala Lumpur to resolve issues and ensure booking hygiene for revenue and COGS
You will be part of the Global Plan & Logistic Finance department (11 FTE) and a core member of the S&OP Controlling team (4 FTE). The team is responsible for the financial performance of the Dairy Raw Materials sourcing business and works closely with Procurement, Operations and Finance colleagues across the FrieslandCampina network.
