Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers' supply chain and logistics teams.Act as the primary contact for customer logistics and supply chain topics.Represent the company in customer logistics meetings and discussions.Monitor and improve supply chain performance, including:
- Stock availability
- On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery
- Customer inventory levels
- Delivery performance
- Proof of Delivery (POD) and invoice completion
- Product returns
- Lead regular meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to align demand, supply, and improvement plans.Analyze logistics performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.Develop customer-specific supply chain improvement plans.Support negotiations of logistics service agreements in partnership with the Sales team.Lead or contribute to supply chain projects, including:
- New customer onboarding
- Network and process improvements
- Master data updates
- Sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Planning, Marketing, Operations, Warehousing, Distribution teams, and logistics providers to achieve business goals.
What we ask :
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Key Account Management.
- Skills :
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Customer/Key Account Management
- Inventory & Demand Planning
- Data Analysis (Excel, Power BI, SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong planning and execution skills
