As Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable and profitable growth across FrieslandCampina Vietnam's commercial organization. Acting as the finance co-pilot to both Sales and Marketing teams, you will provide financial leadership, strategic insights and decision support that enable the business to make better and faster commercial decisions.You will lead commercial planning, forecasting and performance management processes while ensuring strong governance over trade investments and marketing spending. By translating complex financial and commercial data into actionable business recommendations, you will directly influence growth strategies, customer investments, pricing decisions and brand initiatives.Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders, you will evaluate business opportunities, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability across customers, channels and categories. You will support customer negotiations, assess promotional effectiveness, evaluate innovation projects and help optimize commercial investments to maximize return.Key responsibilities include:Leading commercial budgeting, forecasting and business planning processesProviding financial business partnering to Sales and Marketing teamsDriving profitability analysis across customers, channels and categoriesManaging trade spend and marketing investment governanceSupporting pricing and commercial decision-making through robust financial analysisEvaluating promotional activities, innovations and business casesMonitoring business performance and delivering actionable recommendationsBuilding financial awareness and capability across the commercial organizationDriving continuous improvement and supporting strategic business initiativesIn this role, your impact will be visible across the business.
