Monitoring and carrying out various microbiological analytical activities for finished products (D-count & Cellscan) as well as conventional analyses for fresh milk products, paying attention to FFI product specifications and reporting deviations to superiors to support the quality of the products produced. Handling product transactions in the SAP system. Responsible for routine instrument maintenance
Beschrijving van de vacature:
1. Monitor and control finished goods, raw water, utility and environmental monitoring according to the FFI Product Specification, responsible for all analysis results carried out in the micro laboratory.2. Analyze and control the results of finished goods and be able to perform quick method analysis using instruments.3. Make shiftly reports regarding the analysis results and deviations that occur in the micro (D-count/celcis/platting) laboratory and give them to their superiors.4. Ensure all analysis results are written in the analysis book, all deviations are well communicated and ensure all analysis results are inputted in ORS & SAP on time.5. Maintain personnel hygiene and safety in the work area, understand personnel hygiene & safety in the work area (using PPE when going to the factory, changing clothes when entering the high care area, etc.), as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding work area.6. Able to work closely with the work team so that all analyzes that must be done on the shift can be completed properly.7. Implementing the system has been established by companies such as GMP, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, FOQUS FSQ, FSSC 22000 (food safety) and relevant to its work.
