Are you ready to be part of Frisian Flag Indonesia's manufacturing operations? As Mechanic RTD Packing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of filling and packaging equipment within the RTD (Ready-to-Drink) production area. You will support maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to help deliver safe, high-quality products efficiently and consistently.

As Mechanic RTD Packing, you are part of the Engineering team supporting RTD Packing operations at our Cikarang plant. In this role, you are responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supporting equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining the operational reliability of filling and packaging machines.

Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, you will help minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and ensure production processes run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities on RTD filling and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment issues to restore machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and condition monitoring to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.
• Support machine setup, changeovers, repairs, and overhaul activities to maintain optimal production performance.
• Complete maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve line efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), food safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.

What we ask

• Minimum Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, mechanic, or technical roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with filling, packaging, or production equipment in FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, rotating equipment, and industrial machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang.

You will join the Engineering team at our Cikarang plant, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, and working closely with Production, Quality, and fellow Engineering colleagues to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient RTD Packing operations.
