FrieslandCampina Professional is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager Horeca for our DEBIC brand within HoReCa to accelerate our growth in France, one of our most strategic markets.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing local marketing strategies for the HoReCa channel, translating global strategic direction into actionable plans tailored to the French market. Using your deep market insights and customer understanding, you’ll drive mental availability and portfolio relevance, leading to increased penetration and impact across hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with strong collaboration across marketing, sales, digital, finance, and category development teams.

What we ask:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or a similar commercial marketing role.
- Strong understanding of the B2B and Foodservice/HoReCa market.
- Proven ability to translate customer, operator and market insights into growth-driving channel strategies.
- Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proactive, results-driven professional with a high level of ownership and execution focus.

- Continuously monitor the French Horeca landscape, including competitors, pricing dynamics, emerging trends, applications and customer needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and market gaps through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Translate market insights into actionable channel strategies, category opportunities and commercial recommendations.
- Provide regular competitive intelligence and channel performance updates to key stakeholders.
- Define and optimize the local product portfolio in line with channel priorities and business objectives.
- Drive hero-product strategies, assortment optimization and category development initiatives.
- Identify innovation and renovation opportunities to maintain market relevance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to bring new solutions to market successfully.
- Translate the global Professional Horeca strategy into a robust local 12-quarter (12Q) roadmap.
- Build clear activation plans with defined objectives, KPIs, target audiences and success measures.
- Develop compelling customer engagement and marketing activation programs.
- Map and optimize the customer journey across all relevant touchpoints to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Ensure flawless on-time, in-full (OTIF) execution of all initiatives.
- Own and manage the channel A&P budget.
- Ensure effective budget allocation and monthly phasing.
- Measure return on investment and continuously optimize spending to maximize impact.
- Leverage the latest available market, commercial and customer data to guide decisions.
- Monitor both leading and lagging KPIs to evaluate performance.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness.
- Drive a culture of measurement, learning and continuous improvement.
