At Alaska Milk Corporation, we’ve been nourishing Filipino families for generations. We are looking for a Channel Development Manager – General Trade to accelerate our presence across one of the most important and dynamic channels in the Philippines.

In this role, you will drive sales growth, expand distribution, and lead channel strategies that ensure Alaska products are accessible in sari-sari stores and small retail outlets nationwide. You will work closely with distributor partners and cross-functional teams to deliver strong in-market execution and impactful trade programs.

What you’ll do:

Drive General Trade Growth

  • Lead overall channel strategy for General Trade, including sari-sari stores and small retailers
  • Expand distribution reach and improve product availability nationwide
  • Translate business priorities into actionable sales and execution plans

Lead Trade Programs & Execution

  • Develop and implement trade promotions, pricing strategies, and channel programs
  • Ensure excellent execution across distributor and field sales teams
  • Track results and optimize initiatives to maximize impact

Strengthen Distributor Partnerships

  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key partners
  • Align on targets, execution standards, and growth initiatives
  • Drive accountability and performance across the network

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Align demand planning, promotions, and operational execution

Own Performance & Insights

  • Monitor sales, distribution, and execution KPIs
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve strategies and results

What We Ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of FMCG experience in General Trade or Channel Development
  • Deep understanding of Philippine General Trade (sari-sari store ecosystem)
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in trade marketing, pricing, and field execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluent in Filipino and English
