Vacancy description
- Own and deliver accurate and timely Balance Sheet and P&L reporting
- Drive month-end close activities and ensure “first-time-right” execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PtP, OtC, Tax, GtM) to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Lead or contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies (SHERPA) and external regulations
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and complex accounting activities
- Manage Supply Chain accounting topics (inventory, freight, provisions, settlements)
- Act as a senior point of contact for stakeholders and OpCos
- Identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and enhance process efficiency
- Coach junior team members and act as backup for the team lead when neededWhat you bring
What we ask
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 4–5+ years of GL/RtR experience in a multinational or SSC environment
- Strong SAP and Excel skills
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain accounting processes
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive improvements in a changing environment
