Join our Business Operations Team as a highly skilled and detail-oriented RTR Accountant. We are looking for a proactive professional who combines proven accounting expertise with strong commercial acumen in Go-to-Market and Supply Chain operations, someone with the autonomy to make sound, independent business decisions.
Vacancy description
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, support month-end close activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of operational tasks within the RTR field, delivering according to agreed service requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process integration and strong relationships with independent functions.
- Drive process and system improvement initiatives and participate in assigned global and local projects, promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
- Perform all activities in line with internal and external controls, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ensure the execution of RTR processes aligns with all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team targets.
What we ask
- Education: University or college degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience: At least 2–4 years of General Ledger/Accounting experience in a multinational company, accounting firm, or Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
- Technical Accounting: Proven knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations, alongside thorough IFRS knowledge.
- Process Expertise: Solid hands-on working knowledge to improve and transform complex integrated RTR processes on a regional/global level ( Experience with freight, stock in transit, advertising and promotion, FI-COPA, TARO, rebates, inventory, obsolete stock, and process order settlement and maintenance)
- Systems: Excellent SAP and MS Excel knowledge.
- Language: Excellent proficiency and fluency in English.
- Soft Skills: A proactive, "can-do" mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
