We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented RTR Accountant to join our RTR Labour Accounting Team. This role requires professional experiences in accounting, ability of independent work and ability to make decisions on your own.

Being part of the Record to Report department making sure all the assigned tasks of the job are managed in time with quality, continuously striving to achieve customer satisfaction:
- Ensure quality and timeliness of the operational tasks in the field of Record to Report
- Participate in ensuring process integration and strong relationships with independent functions
- Deliver according to agreed service requirements
- Contribute to the department process and system improvement initiatives
- Participate in assigned projects – promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation.
- Perform activities in line with internal and external controls, regulations, compliance
What we ask
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience in a multinational company or accounting firm
- University/college degree in Finance/Accounting
- Solid hands-on working knowledge to improve/transform complex integrated RtR processes on regional/global level
- Experience with relevant Labour/Payroll processes (provisions, accruals, social securities and wage tax bookings, medical expenses, group insurances, holiday allowance, STIP related responsibilities, pension etc.)
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Excellent process knowledge for own function and thorough IFRS knowledge
- Excellent SAP knowledge, Excel knowledge
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Proactive and “can do” mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adopt change
