• Strong intermediate level of English (both oral & written) is a must

Vacancy description:

As a PTP Trainee, you'll play a key role in supporting our PTP (Procure to Pay) team in essential daily tasks, including:

• Scanning incoming invoices and supportive documentation for bookkeeping
• Checking, validating and managing the accounting tasks for the incoming invoices
• Handling internal and external email correspondence, answering inquiries as needed
• Document and file management, as well as archiving activities
• Perform clearings in the system
• Participation in lower complexity projects
• Ad hoc support of PTP Operations Specialist colleagues
