What we ask:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Fluent English language skills (both written & verbal)
• Availability to work at least ~25 hours/week
• Knowledge of MS Office tools/applications (especially Excel)
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Prior experience in administrative, finance- or procurement-related positions is an advantage

Vacancy description:

• Acts as first line of support on PtP system (SAP/Ariba/Coupa/Smartbuy)
• Masterdata related questions
• Ensures timely maintenance of vendor masterdata including new requests, change, extension and deactivation/deletion
• Maintains vendor masterdata and works together with Enterprise Data to keep the vendor masterdata updated
• Maintains payment terms of vendors in the system
• Executes onboarding of suppliers to Citi (SFC) platformActs as SPOC for vendor masterdata related issues
