- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Finance background (studies or work experience) is an advantage
- Strong intermediate level of English (both oral & written) is a must, Dutch or other European language knowledge is an advantage

Vacancy description:
As a PTP Trainee in the PC & Query team, you'll play a key role in supporting our PTP (Procure to Pay) team in essential daily tasks, including:
- Handling queries & trouble shooting issues - responsible for handling vendor and employee/business partner queries (mainly via ServiceNow)
- Providing accurate information to suppliers/business partners
- Follow-up – responsible for follow-up on pending items and reminders
- Resolve queries or escalate/route queries to the departments/teams for 2nd level handling
- Document and file management, as well as archiving activities
- Perform clearings in the system
- Participation in lower complexity projects, basic reporting activities
- Ad hoc support of Query & Process Control Specialist colleagues
