We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our People Services & Solutions team at FrieslandCampina Budapest. Job Description: 

What We Ask:

  • Ongoing studies related to Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Training and Development, or a closely related field.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both in verbal and written communication
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, capable of handling data and preparing reports with accuracy.
  • Availability to work at least 25 hours per week.
  • A keen eagerness to learn, accompanied by a strong service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player mindset, excited to contribute to a growing and evolving team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the processing of HR service requests including worktime management, issuance of employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as learning administration.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete entry of HR data into internal systems, in line with company policies and compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Assist in integrating and connecting data from various HR systems to support data accuracy and assist in analysis efforts aimed at driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across HR teams and other departments to facilitate smooth HR operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of knowledge management systems to keep HR-related information accessible and current.
  • Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced HR professionals to develop practical skills and enhance your understanding of the HR domain.
