As Communications Specialist, you will help shape how Global Business & Digital Solutions (GBDS) communicates with employees across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, Service Transformation teams, HR, and Corporate Communications to translate business priorities, organizational changes, and transformation initiatives into clear, engaging, and impactful communications.On a daily basis, you will create communication content, develop communication plans, support leadership messaging, coordinate employee engagement campaigns, and manage communication channels such as Teams, SharePoint, newsletters, and town halls. You will help ensure that employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they contribute to the success of GBDS.Y

ou will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing communication plans and campaigns.

- Creating compelling content, presentations, articles, newsletters, and leadership messages.

- Supporting town halls, leadership events, and employee engagement activities.

- Managing and continuously improving communication channels and content.

- Working with leaders to strengthen storytelling and communication effectiveness.

- Supporting organizational change and transformation communications.

What we ask:

5+ years of relevant work experience

Practical knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (e.g. Prosci) 

Understanding of organizational dynamics in global, multi‑location environments 

Knowledge of internal communication strategies and channels 

Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, audience‑tailored) in English  

Influencing skills without formal authority 

Structuring and prioritizing multiple initiatives in parallel

You will join the Service Transformation team within Global Business & Digital Solutions (GBDS), the function responsible for driving transformation, change, portfolio governance, and organizational effectiveness across the business.The Change & Communications team plays a key role in enabling successful transformation by ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and ready for change. The team works closely with the GBDS Leadership Team, Service Tower leaders, HR, and Corporate Communications to deliver consistent and impactful communication across the organization.You'll be part of a small, highly collaborative international team with colleagues across Europe and Asia, supporting a growing global organization and helping shape the future of GBDS.
