Job Description:  As Change & Communications Lead, you are a key execution partner to GBDS leaders. You design and deliver practical change and communication approaches that support transformations, transitions, and new ways of working across GBDS.You operate at the intersection of change management, internal communications, and employee engagement, working closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, Global Change and Global Communication colleagues.You will work on high‑impact transformations that shape how GBDS operates globally. You will be close to decision‑makers and play a visible role in making change succeed. You will operate in a international, professional, and purpose‑driven environment. You will have the opportunity to further shape GBDS culture, engagement, and identity.
Job Description Footer:  You will be part of the GBDS Service Transformation domain, working at the center of change initiatives that span service towers, geographies, and functions. Reporting to the Service Transformation Director.The team brings together expertise in strategy & value, portfolio & performance, transition & transformation, and change & communications. Together, we support GBDS leaders in shaping, delivering, and embedding transformation in a consistent and people‑centric way.In your role as Change & Communications Lead, you will:Work closely with GBDS leadership teams across services and locations.Partner intensively with HR Business Partners, Global Change, Organizational Development, and Global Communication colleagues.Be part of a small, senior, and highly collaborative team that values pragmatism, ownership, and impact over theory.The team operates in an international context with colleagues across multiple hubs. While ways of working are flexible, you can expect close collaboration, regular alignment with leaders, and a strong focus on execution and result
